These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SEO Post (the "Platform"). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
SEO Post connects buyers with vetted publishers and writers for guest posts and press-release placements. Listing metrics are sourced from third-party tools and provided in good faith; we do not guarantee specific SEO outcomes such as rankings or traffic.
Membership fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly cycle and renew automatically until cancelled. Wallet credits are non-transferable and remain available for 12 months. All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.
Pro memberships include a 7-day money-back guarantee. Order refunds are governed by our escrow and dispute process: if a placement cannot be delivered to brief, the held funds are refunded.
If a buyer and publisher cannot resolve an issue, our team reviews the evidence and decides the outcome — refund, partial refund, revision, replacement, or release. Our decision is final within the Platform.
The Platform is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEO Post is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
